Last updated September 26, 2026. This policy explains the information VS Factory Direct processes to operate the store, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent abuse, and understand site performance.
Information you provide
- Account and contact details such as name, email, telephone number, and billing or delivery address.
- Order information such as products, quantities, status, delivery instructions, and transaction identifiers.
- Messages, QC feedback, return requests, photographs, videos, and other information sent to support.
Information created when you use the site
The site and its service providers may process IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, referral information, cookie identifiers, cart state, and security events. Payment providers may process payment details directly; the store may receive status, risk, and transaction records rather than complete card data.
Why information is used
- To operate the cart, checkout, account, order tracking, and customer-support functions you request.
- To confirm orders, coordinate QC, arrange delivery, handle returns, and maintain transaction records.
- To protect customers and the site from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical failure.
- To measure aggregate site performance and improve navigation, catalog quality, and support.
- To meet applicable accounting, dispute, security, or legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be provided to hosting, ecommerce, payment, fraud-prevention, communications, analytics, and delivery providers when needed for their role. It may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect rights and security, investigate abuse, respond to a valid legal request, or complete a business reorganization.
Retention and security
Records are kept for the period reasonably needed for the purposes above, including order support, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and required recordkeeping. No online system can promise absolute security; access controls, software maintenance, logging, and limited data handling reduce risk but do not eliminate it.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information, or object to particular processing. Some records may need to be retained for transactions, security, disputes, or legal obligations.
