VS Factory Official US accepts PayPal and major credit cards at checkout so buyers can use a familiar payment flow, receive an order record, and contact the payment provider or card issuer when an eligible transaction cannot be resolved directly with us.
The short answer
PayPal Purchase Protection and card-dispute rights are not automatic guarantees from this store. Eligibility, deadlines, evidence requirements, exclusions, and final decisions are controlled by PayPal or your card issuer. We publish that limitation plainly because “PayPal accepted” should never be used as a blanket promise.
What happens when you pay
1. Checkout creates a record
Your order confirmation identifies the items, amount, billing details, and order number. Keep it with all later QC and shipping messages.
2. Payment is confirmed
We begin allocation only after the selected gateway reports a successful payment. A pending or failed payment does not start the QC timeline.
3. QC precedes dispatch
The allocated watch is reviewed and QC media is sent for approval. Dispatch follows approval rather than payment alone.
PayPal Purchase Protection: what it can and cannot mean
PayPal states that eligible purchases may qualify for its Purchase Protection process for an item not received or an item significantly not as described. PayPal also states that exclusions apply, that the buyer must follow its dispute process and deadlines, and that PayPal decides eligibility. Payments sent as “Friends and Family” are not covered by Purchase Protection; this store does not ask customers to use that payment type for an order.
